Terms & Conditions:
RG1 - Claim must be filed within 50 days of delivery.
RG2 - There is a maximum of 3 claims per household per 12 month period.
RG3 - The product must have been tried for at least 14 days.
RG4 - Where multiple units of the same product have been ordered, only the tested unit will qualify for the results guarantee. Additional units must be returned, unopened and in a saleable condition for a refund. An extended 50 day return period will apply in this instance.
